Egyptian Easter Menu: Celebrating with a Taste of Egypt

When it came to Easter, I didn’t want to do the traditional bland spread. I don’t know where the idea came to me, but I realized I had never made Egyptian food before and had only seen it in documentaries. Challenge accepted, I started looking up recipes on Pinterest and stumbled across so many amazing dishes. The difficult part was picking which ones I was going to make!

I decided to go with a much smaller menu than I usually would have. After all, these dishes were more labor intensive than what I usually make. And while I can do practice tests beforehand, I didn’t want to run the risk of serving my guests poorly-made food because I was trying to do too much.

Here is what I came up with! Can’t wait to see how it turns out.
